Rev. Tim & Ingrid Wood

Tim has served churches in Montana, Ohio, Idaho and Colorado. His calling is discipling the church to love all of creation and leading the local church to serve their surrounding community. That includes new expressions of church development and community ministry that speak to community needs and dreams including projects to restoring neighborhood tree cover and health initiatives based around teaching Tai Chi. He holds an MTS and MDiv from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio as well as a B.S. in Physics. Tim loves being outside on his bike and hammock camping. He also has a creative side including as a published poet.

Ingrid has a passion for sustainability and environmental justice. She is developing an EcoSpiritual
Practices workshop to support activists with spiritual renewal. She recently completed her Masters
in Social Justice with Ecology and is a trained permaculturist with experience based in her passion
including developing a land conservancy and a local food working group. She plans to plant more
edibles in our garden and is interested in recycling and upcycling. She also likes to hike, cook, read,
knit, and weave pine needle baskets.

Ingrid and Tim’s family includes two adopted cats — Pine and Oak — two children: Alex and Cedar.
Alex lives in Provo, Utah and works in the solar industry as a customer service manager. Cedar is
completing her second internship at NASA before returning to finish her final year as a computer
science major at Rochester Institute of Technology.
